Dentist House Call Service

Dentist House Call Service, founded in 1985, provides on-site dental care to seniors. Seniors can receive on-site dental care, whether they live at home, in a retirement center, or are staying at a skilled nursing facility. Services range from examinations, dental cleanings and fillings to partial and full dentures.

Dr. Philip Lepor, director of Dentist House Call Service, is a graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry (1974). He completed his dental residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Palo Alto, California (associated with both Stanford University and University of the Pacific). Since 1985, he has been providing dental services at many assisted living and skilled nursing facilities as well as hospitals in San Diego County. His house call referrals come from physicians, dentists, nurses, hospitals, the Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson's Association, the Arthritis Association, and the County Aging and Independent Services, as well as family and friends.

Questions about the services available and fees can be asked and appointments made. It is possible to arrange appointments so that family members can be present.
